Account Types
Tagsmart supports artist, gallery, estate and collector accounts.
When you apply for an account, the system will create the relevant account type in accordance with the information supplied in your application.
Artist and gallery accounts are primarily for managing and publishing artwork records, assigning DNA Tag IDs and issuing Certificates. Gallery accounts are also used to support print studios, framers and fabricators.
Estate accounts are used for artist estates and public institutions.
Collector accounts are primarily used to view artwork records, where the collector has registered the Certificate for a work they have purchased.
If you're an
artist and you operate more than one artist persona, you can ask Tagsmart to set up different accounts for each persona. You can then switch between them at any time while logged in. Email us at support@tagsmart.com and we will help you set this up.
