Things you CAN'T change about artworks

Tagsmart endeavours to maintain accurate, consistent information about artworks, particularly where Certificates have been issued. Some restrictions to artwork information changes are required.

You cannot change...

• the artist, title, category or artwork type, once you have SAVEd the work
  • If you need to change these, you should delete the work and start over BEFORE issuing a Certificate OR creating prints from an edition master template. See also the section 'You cannot delete', below...
• For Certified artworks of any kind (including edition prints):
  • The artist, title, category, dimensions, artwork type and (if relevant) edition size
  • The date of the work and the original Certificate image you uploaded
• For edition master templates where some but not all works have been created within the edition, you cannot change:
  • The artist, title, category, artwork type and (if relevant) edition numbers

For artworks which you have issued a Certificate and/or have been transferred out of your account, you can only change information on the Private Data tab.

You cannot delete...

• any work for which a Certificate has been issued
• an edition master template for which one or more works have been created
• an edition work, created from an edition master template
