Certificate Management

Key features of the Tagsmart Certificate fully-managed service include:

• Physical, secured Certificates of Authenticity with supporting authority system to verify provenance
• Optional registration of a Certified work on public blockchains and the generation of ESIGN'ed Digital Certificates
• Physical Certificates designed to a very high standard with high production values and proven appeal to collectors
• Certificates, and the artwork records they represent, are transferable using a unique registration system and tracked in each work's provenance record
• Full signature management, including:
  • using a provided signature that is varied on the Certificates ('Autosign')
  • direct posting to you for signature
  • signature by your appointed proxy
• Optional personalisation with the collector's name or pseudonym
• Replacement of damaged or missing Certificates, including processes for revoking/invalidating Certificates in case of loss or theft
• Verification of individual Certificates if/when required
• Management and production: packing and postage directly to collectors or to yourself, including returns management
• Bulk Certification for collections, editions, and promotions

You can also add additional features including:

• Branding with your logo
• Custom enclosures (eg information about your work; a personal letter) can be added for sending out with each Certificate
