Changing your password
If you forget your password, you can request a reset link which will be sent to the email address registered for your account. To do this:
- go to certify.tagsmart.com
- beneath the LOG IN button, click on Forgot password?
- enter the email address you use to log in to your account and click on SEND ME A RESET LINK
Password reset link not working?
Sometimes a password reset will appear to have an 'empty' link. Some email clients - notably Outlook - have a setting which disables links to protect against phishing. If you're using Outlook, check out:

To resolve the issue, disable the feature in question (e.g. see the Outlook help message).
