Closed - fixed - Issue A4 - Problem Editing Unique Works - 23 Aug 2021


This issue has been fixed and an update to the live server has been deployed (September 2nd 2021).

An issue has been identified regarding the editing of Unique Works.

Description

Clicking on the edit 'pen' icon for an uncertified Unique Work, as indicated in the arrow below, does not display the edit screen. Instead it returns the user to the artworks screen.

Temporary Workaround

This has been reported to our development team and a fix is being prepared. In the meantime, you can access the Edit screen as follows:

1. Clicking on the VIEW eye icon - as shown below:

2. In the artwork view screen, click on the ARTWORK TITLE in the breadcrumb, as shown below: This will display the artwork in list view.

3. On the Artwork list view, click on the Edit Icon for the work, as shown below. The Edit screen will display.

Solution Status

This issue has been reported to our developers and will be fixed in the next update on Thursday 2nd September.
