Changing permissions/removing account members

Changing the permissions of existing members

If you have the permission to manage account users, you can edit their permissions as follows:

  • Clicking on your profile Icon at the top right when logged in
  • Selecting Organisation Profile
    • If this is not visible, you may not have the relevant permission: contact support@tagsmart.com
  • Selecting Manage Users on the left hand navigation panel
  • Click on MANAGE   by the appropriate user
  • Check/uncheck the permission(s) you want to change

Removing members from an account

If you have the permission to add/remove people from an account, you can do so as follows:

  • Clicking on your profile Icon at the top right when logged in
  • Selecting Organisation Profile
    • If this is not visible, you may not have the relevant permission: contact support@tagsmart.com
  • Selecting Manage Users on the left hand navigation panel
  • Click on the REMOVE control by the relevant member
