Adding people to an account

Accounts can have multiple members (users)

You can add people to your account (organisation) by inviting them 
Each member can have different permissions. For example, you can disable a member’s ability to create new artworks or change account settings. 

Inviting people to your account

You can invite members to your account by:
  • Clicking on your profile Icon at the top right when logged in
  • Selecting Organisation Profile (If this is not visible, you may not have the relevant permission: contact support@tagsmart.com)
  • Click on Invite Users on the left hand navigation panel
  • Click on the blue INVITE button to create a new invitation
  • Enter the email address of the person you want to invite. Check it's entered correctly.

Assigning permissions

You assign permissions before issuing the invitation
Click on any permission checkbox to grant that permission to the invited member.

Note: The permission to issue artwork Certificates will not on its own allow the member to issue Certificates: they will require authority status as well. See 'All About Authorities'.
