Account Ownership
- Click on your profile Icon at the top right when logged in
- Select Organisation Profile
- If this is not visible, you may not have the relevant permission: contact support@tagsmart.com
- Click on Manage Users on the left hand navigation panel
- Click on SET OWNER beside the relevant member
- Note: email notifications regarding ownership change will be sent by the system.
Each account has an 'owner'; by default this is the Tagsmart Registrar, but you can change this (see below).
Account ownership currently carries no special permissions or privileges. However, certain system notifications may be sent to the account owner by default.
Managing ownership
If you are the owner of an account and there are other members, you can
transfer ownership to another member
If you are not the owner of your account and wish to be so, please email support@tagsmart.com and we will arrange for the ownership to be changed. In certain cases, this may be subject to the approval of other account members.
