What is Connect?

Connect is a Tagsmart service that enables you to export artwork data from your account and send it directly to third party services.
These services are referred to as 'channels' and can include anything from printers to blockchain registers and - if you're an artist - online and High Street galleries. Typical examples might be:
- you're creating a new edition and want a quote from one of the UK's leading printers
- you want to add a Certified work to another blockchain registry
- you're looking for a new sales outlet for your catalogue
- you want to export data in a form where you can upload it directly to another service (eg Artlogic, your own Google Sheets records etc).
You can also ask us to set up your own private channels, with data exports configured to your own specification. Private channels can be restricted to your own account or made available to other accounts as you decide. For example, if you are a gallery owner, you could create a channel for submitting artworks to your gallery for consideration, and make it available only to your Tagsmart artists. IMPORTANT: Data submitted to third parties via Connect may be subject to their rules on transparency and publication. For example, if you submit a record to the Artory blockchain register, a separate Record Page will be created that holds the information filed and links it to the corresponding blockchain record. How to access Connect
If Connect is enabled for you account (see top of this page), you can access it via the main navigation at the top of the screen:
