Adding more information
The artwork edit screen has four tabs: Certificate information, Additional detail, Online images and Private data. The Certificate information tab is covered in more detail in the Add A New Artwork Quick Start article. For the other three tabs, see below.
Additional detail
This tab provides information including framing and condition. The Copyright field autofills from data entered on the Certificate tab, but can be edited. None of the information on this screen is printed on Certificates.
Online images
This tab enables you to upload additional images: see
Image Management & Watermarks
for more information (especially if you want to upload watermarked images).
Private data
This tab contains information that – if you Certify the work and it is transferred to a new account - will NOT be visible to subsequent owners.
Note: the information on the Private Data remains editable even if the work has been transferred to another account.
