About account and personal profiles

Tagsmart supports multiple members in each account.

This enables you to invite other people to your account (for example, a studio manager). It also means there's a difference between your account profile and your personal profile.

Each account (e.g. 'Jackie Artist Studio') has its own account profile. This contains basic account information such as a mailing address for deliveries etc. Each user has a personal profile (e.g. 'Jackie Artist'): this is linked to the email address and password you provide when you first join. This enables many users to join the same account, or a single user to manage multiple accounts (e.g. an agent managing multiple artists).

You can view your account profile by clicking on your profile icon at the top right of the screen when logged in, and then selecting Organisation Profile from the dropdown menu. To view your personal profile, select My Personal Profile on the same menu.
